To raise awareness of mental health issues

02 Feb To raise awareness of mental health issues

I am a 17 year disabled American veteran. I suffer from PTSD, Severe Anxiety Disorder, and Cyclothymic disorder. I am also a suicide survivor.

I suffered in silence for over 7 years while serving in the military due to stigma and denial. I finally got help and am still struggling.

Over 22 veterans commit suicide everyday.

My wish is to raise awareness so that people, not just veterans know that they are not alone, they can get help, and they can ease the pain and suffering.

I am LIVING proof. My blog is my story that is ongoing while I live with mental illness. My life’s mission is to raise awareness and save lives.

You are not alone, you can get help, you are not broken.
