Ever since the last online Joy Project I’ve been really focusing on my mindset and the triggers that keep it in a good place – gratitude, self care, kindness & compassion- and I have felt such a shift in how I find myself to responding to what could be seen as negative or at the very least stressful people or situations both at home and outside of it.


Choosing to meet all with compassion & gratitude have meant I’m feeling so much calmer and ready to deal with whatever comes my way without feeling frustrated or angry.


And me practicing this on a daily basis has definitely helped the kids with how they choose to react to stuff that bothers them.
