Ever notice how when a tragedy occurs to someone else we are suddenly plunged into gratitude? How we feel so blessed for all the good in our lives and aware of what really matters? But before long it’s easy to slip back into stress, negativity and complaint and we forget to say thank you each day?
No one is perfect,we’re all going to get stressed sometimes and find ourselves complaining but we all have the ability to choose to turn it around. In the big scheme of things most of what we whinge & complain about doesn’t matter at all and instead we can choose to focus on the good – on love, kindness, people – and do our best to stay grateful.
