I’ve been through so many emotions since deciding to take some time off to focus on my mental health (the Universe it seemed had a back up plan incase I hadn’t made that decision) and yes it’s been a hard yet really positive thing.


And now the Corona Virus the social isolation, the uncertainty & the fear and anxiety that can bring – I had some days of feeling numb to it all, like as if my brain stopped working & most days I get moments of panic but slowly and surely a sense of calm is setting in and I truly believe we can all learn from this experience.


Without the constant distractions we are all so good at filling our lives with we can look more closely at the way we live, the way we treat others, the world and ourselves and we can if we choose build something better.


Let’s look out for each other, stay safe, protect to vulnerable and spread love compassion, empathy, kindness & joy every opportunity we can.
