Making positive change doesn’t have to be overwhelming and the things that can instantly improve your quality of life are often quite small.

 

But it can be hard to know where to start, especially the physical if you feel you are a total beginner as far as exercise is concerned and no one should feel like they can’t keep up or be embarrassed about how they look.Which is why I’m launching JOY in Fitness a 12 week Online Mind & Body Wellness Program on 20th January 2020 – everything can be followed at home including the workouts and you’ll get loads of support & motivation from me – think of me as a Personal Cheerleader!
