Ever wake up and before you’ve even got up your panicking about what’s happening in a few days time, or how much you have to do? We so often decide on our heads how hard/stressful/ or badly a task/day/week will be, but the truth is we can’t control any of it and if we are going to expect something we may aswell expect something good.


Sometimes in those freak out moments I’ll stop and tell myself “I’m so excited about all the unexpected good stuff that’s going to happen today”…try it out.
