19 Dec FE: Wake with Gratitude
May you wake with gratitude.
A big thank you and warm wishes to everyone who has been following along as we plan our next success and share our journey as entrepreneurs!
We’ll continue our series on ways to decompress holiday stress:

Can you say…hello?
This is a perfect time to open your mind and forgive. I see many movies, and loved this one many levels.
We’ll see if The Oscars honor “It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” this year. Either way, it’s a light journey with a hefty message. We don’t need to be cynical and think it’s just a children’s movie or message.
What if you decided that you are enough?
“You are enough” lets you grow and change and continue to become, because you aren’t always trying to prove yourself. You’re just being yourself.
You are enough means that you don’t need to strive to become more worthy, more valid, more acceptable, or more loved. You already are all of those things.
There are things you might want to be more like or more of. More genuine. More open and honest. More free. More connected. More purposeful or successful. Those are all expressions of your enough-ness. They aren’t about changing yourself, they’re about being yourself.
You were enough before, you are enough now, and you will continue to be enough as you become more of who you were made to be. When we believe that, when the world keeps whispering otherwise, it is brave. And so important.
I’ll share more from my RTT adventure and insights by request:
I also want to say thank you to Inspiration, http://www.inspiration.com! I mention them in my first two #ShineThroughtheNoise books. They were a fun find from my first mentor at AMEX and helped me embrace mind mapping, outlining and creativity in business. They have just retired their site. We can all still enjoy the Inspiration app for iPad. Make time to spark some ideas for your next project and new year! https://www.diagrammingapps.com
I’m working with a paid branding client on 5 projects, including their holiday card for the new year. I’ve enjoyed Trello boards as a visual thinker. Have a look and see how you can lighten your load this season:
