As someone who has spent a great deal of time feeling anxious and worrying about things that might happen one of the most positive things about my Joy Project experiment has been learning to put that anxious energy into expecting amazing things instead.
It’s not always easy & it’s not an instant change but as we can’t choose everything that happens to us only our reactions we may as well try & react in a way that has a positive effect on our lives & well being.
