No Breathing. It sounds so simple right? Yet it’s something I feel all of us take for granted. Myself included. Not just in the sense of being alive, but truly feeling and connecting to our breathe. To allowing ourself to feel everything. To allowing ourselves to connect inward and create that space. To breathe and to appreciate the stillness that comes with that. This is a reminder to breathe, to allow yourself to feel. That it’s not only healthy but it’s necessary for our growth, our expansion. In these slower times let’s be mindful of this and put this into practice as much as we can, so when the world returns, we don’t forget how important it is to just BE, just BREATHE.
