A new start for “Sasha”.

23 May A new start for “Sasha”.

“Sasha” is a twenty-something mother of two who needs a job and an affordable apartment. A victim of a violent home invasion, she has to start over in a new location (South Jersey) and is having trouble finding a place while still working towards her x-ray certification.

If and when she does find a place she will need very basic items; beds, a table and chairs, a couch and dishes, etc. Nothing fancy; just a hand up so she can start again. She is living in an undisclosed location currently but it is short term. I am a friend of a friend who knows of her plight.

I wish she could begin again and put this nightmare behind her.

Thank you.

Hi dear thank you for writing in. If your friend finds a home we can try to assist with a collaboration we have of a foundation that re furnish a house to homeless once they finally find it. Because you mentioned what she would need once she has a home, please let us know if she finds it and then we can see how we can help. Thank you

Thank you for responding. I will get a message to “Sasha” (she cannot use her actual name) through my friend. Right now she is in an undisclosed location; some sort of family shelter. Your offer will give her hope. So kind of you…thank you!

Hello. I’m told that “Sasha” has found a place and can take occupancy the end of June or the first week of July. Is there a way for her to reach you or someone who works with you? She will be in south jersey, I was told. Her new home has a community laundromat so she should not need a washer or dryer. Sasha is working at a business owned by a friend, in a different field than her previous job. We pray for her and her children and are very grateful for people like you (and those with whom you work) for being willing to help her in some way. Thank you!

I already personally wrote your story to a foundation we collaborate with. Let’s see what they say, in the meantime please send us your contact information at info@thewishwallfoundation.org

        Thank you!
