What do you say to yourself when you look in the mirror? How you speak to yourself can and will make you or break you.
Practice hitting pause on your mind when you find yourself speaking down to yourself about how you look, what you said in front of your crush, and everything in between. You can’t have a positive mind or life with a negative inner voice. Train yourself to divert your attention away from being your own critic. Fight the negative voice by replacing your negative words to saying what you like about yourself, in your head or out loud. The brain learns and adapts quickly. In a short amount of time, your brain will learn to focus on the positives, not the negatives. Try it for 72 hours and watch your whole life change.
